• Free audits and free demos come with no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
• An audit is a high-level review based on what we can see publicly and what you share with us. It's a starting point, not a guarantee of results.
• A demo website is built by us for you to review. It remains our property, and we may reuse its design and structure, unless you move ahead with a website setup or build, in which case the delivered site is covered by your agreement.
• We may decline a request, for example if it falls outside the industries or services we offer.

Prices shown on the site describe our standard offers. Every paid engagement is confirmed in a written scope with a fixed price before work starts, and that agreement, including its payment terms, deliverables, plan minimums, and ownership terms, governs the work. If anything on the site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices are shown in dollars and are billed in Canadian or US dollars, as confirmed in your agreement. Applicable taxes are extra. Advertising spend on platforms like Google and Meta is paid by you directly to those platforms.

Search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, and sales depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, AI platforms, your market, and your competition. We never guarantee rankings or specific results. Timelines on the site describe what is typical, not promises.

The text, design, graphics, illustrations, and code on this website belong to Fadeaway Creatives or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission.

The site may link to other websites and tools, such as social media or booking platforms. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The website and our free offers are provided "as is."
