Fadeaway Creatives (including Fadeaway Labs) is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and works with clients across Canada and the United States. For any privacy question or request, email us at hello@fadeawaycreatives.com.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the website.

• Information you give us in our forms: your name, email, business name, website address, and anything you write in a message, audit request, or demo request.
• Information you send by email or WhatsApp when you contact us directly.
• Usage information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request times, for security and reliability.

Our forms are not designed for personal health information. If you run a health or wellness practice, describe your business and goals, not details about your clients or patients.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above without asking you first.

• To reply to your message and discuss your project.
• To prepare and send your free audit or build your free demo, when you request one.
• To deliver work we've agreed to in a written scope.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Google and Meta.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. Both set cookies or similar technologies in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. The site still works if you block them.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Google, for analytics, advertising, and email.
• Meta, for advertising measurement.
• Tools we use to manage client work, such as project management and email software.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work we do together, and for any period the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the settings in Google Analytics and Meta.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to us using it. Email hello@fadeawaycreatives.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or your state's privacy law may give you additional rights, and we'll honour them.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
